SOLIS was developed not only to meet the state’s standards for drug and alcohol treatment on an outpatient level, but also to meet the standards set within the field of drug and alcohol counseling for effective treatment. IOP programs are required to meet three times each week for a three hour session each time. In addition to meeting this requirement, SOLIS also provides individuals in the program the opportunity to engage in individual consultation sessions, family sessions, couple sessions, and provides those who complete the program with aftercare services. Additionally, SOLIS is truly a one-of-a-kind program in that all members are there voluntarily and as a result of their own decision. SOLIS operates from a “relapse prevention” method which is aimed to help educate individuals about addiction so they can apply the information to their own life and develop their own, individualized relapse prevention plan to help them maintain long-term sobriety. Schaumburg Interventions and Counseling Center
Schaumburg Interventions and Counseling Center: Experience a holistic treatment modality combining medical pharmaceutical interventions, didactic sessions, group and individual counseling aimed at achieving physical stabilization, in-depth understanding of addictions, and facilitation of personal responsibility for lifetime changes. Our treatment methods are very comprehensive and effective. We take pride in offering high quality medication assisted treatment in the confidential environment of a private medical practice. Program compliance is at a significantly high rate and so is the retention rate. We offer equal opportunity to all those who are highly motivated to change their lifestyles. Medication Assisted Treatment is the most widely accepted treatment for opiate dependence, utilizing Methadone or Suboxone. Methadone and Suboxone are synthetic opiates that are given on a daily basis. Craving and withdrawal symptoms are suppressed for at least 24 hours. After stabilization on a fixed dose, the "high" associated with opiate abuse is not produced by the body. The duration of action is much longer than other opiates. Side effects are mild and manageable. Although stigmatized, decades of treatment and research have proven narcotic maintenance to be the safest and most effective treatment for opiate addiction. Counseling: Individual Therapy; Family Therapy Group Therapy. For more information please contact Schaumburg Interventions and Counseling Center.
