How to get yourself to quit heroin & stay clean:
|
It all starts in the mind. And if you found this website by searching for ways on how to quit heroin, then the battle has already begun. And if you’re serious about quitting heroin, staying clean, and turning your life around, then be of good cheer my friend, for your time has come.
You’ve already decided that you want to quit heroin and that’s why you’re here now. And if you thought that you were going to stay hooked on heroin forever, then think again. If you think that you don’t have it in you to quit heroin and turn your life around, then think again. |
According to statistics, heroin addicts who quit heroin on their own had a lower relapse rate than those who quit heroin within some form of treatment program. That means that you can actually do this on your own, and stay clean for good. However, don’t get me wrong. If you have the money or insurance to pay for treatment, and if the circumstances are right, then drug treatment centers can be the best places to go just to get away from it all. And the longer you stay there, then the better your chances will be for staying clean for good once you get back out to the real world.
Furthermore, some drug addicts can be wild and need to be trapped, contained and domesticated long enough to be able to be dealt with. Otherwise, they’ll be right back on the street within a matter of days hurting innocent people and committing crimes to get money for drugs. Yet many treatment programs want you to believe that you are powerless on your own. And this is simply not true. Because more people manage to quit heroin and stay clean on their own than through treatment programs and drug rehabilitation centers. You are NOT powerless!
People do quit heroin, stay clean, and turn their lives around on their own. You just don’t hear about them because they never enter treatment to be counted as a statistic. Some people use Methadone or Suboxone and some people quit cold turkey. But either way, they do it on their own. Furthermore, it's important for you to understand that your problems are temporary and your heroin addiction is changeable. Which means that yes, you can change and you can change your life as well! And with most addictions, the addict is able to escape their addiction as their life circumstances change for the better. This is because most drug users use drugs as a means of escape and as a way to deal with their problems of loneliness, depression, hopelessness, stress, anxiety, etc…
However, when it comes to heroin, you must quit your addiction first before your life can begin to change. Otherwise, nothing will change, and in time it will only get worse. And whether you realize it or not, you are your most important resource for change. And you are the one who's going to bring this change to pass. And no matter how you look at it, it's you who’s going to use what little power you have left within you to begin the process of change. Neither rehab nor counselors will force you to change. You’re the one who’s going to force yourself to quit this thing, once and for all.
No one is going to do it for you. This is something that you have to do for yourself. You may get some help and support along the way, but ultimately it's going to be you who breaks yourself free from this heroin slavery system, once and for all. And each day that goes by clean without dope is going to help you gain more strength and more power to stay clean and turn your life around. Because it’s not just about quitting drugs, it’s about changing who you are into what you ought to be. But you have to believe in yourself to do so. You have to believe that you really can do this. You are not powerless. You have more power than what you might think. You have the power to change not only your life, but the lives of others as well, as you will soon see.
There are many heroin addicts who manage to quit heroin on their own through the means of Self-Efficacy. And self-efficacy is nothing more than your belief in your ability to succeed. In other words, if you believe it, then you can achieve it, just like all those people did on the testimonies page of this website. And if they can do it, then you can do it too! But you have to believe that you really can do this no matter how hard things get in order to quit this thing once and for all. Because believe it or not, ordinary people just like you are able to overcome heroin addictions without professional or medical assistance.
So no matter what kind of shape you’re in now, you still have the power to quit heroin, and yes, all by yourself, if that's how it's going to be. But it all starts with you. You have to take that first step, believe in yourself, and then start trying. And don’t give up until you quit this drug and turn your life around! And I know you've tried to quit dope before, and quite possibly, many, many times only to relapse again and again and again. But for some of you, this is going to be different. You're going to feel different about this time around after you've read this website over and over again and over again. And by the time you’re done, you'll know that no matter what, that this time, you're going to quit heroin, and change your life, once and for all.
Yet most people won’t quit for themselves no matter how messed up their lives are. But some people will quit heroin for what matters most to them. So I’m going to start off by asking one question:

Yet most people won’t quit for themselves no matter how messed up their lives are. But some people will quit heroin for what matters most to them. So I’m going to start off by asking one question:
What matters to you the most?
What is the most important thing to you?
Is it your loved ones, your family members, your friends? Is it your son, your daughter or both? Is it your girl or your wife? Is it your husband or boyfriend? It is your mother, your father, or both? Or is it simply the thought having a new and better life? You have to have a reason to quit. You have to have a reason to change. If your son is the most important thing to you, then do it for your son! If your daughter is the most important thing to you, then do it for your daughter! |
Because your child deserves a clean, decent, drug-free parent, in order to have a much better life than what they have now. They deserve all of you, not some of you, but all of you. Therefore, give them your best. Give them the best mom or the best dad that they can have! Give them your best!
If your girl or your wife is the most important thing to you, then do it for her! And if your man or your husband is the most important thing to you, then do it for him. If you’re pregnant with child then do this for your baby. Do it for your family. And yes, of course, do it for yourself so that you can have a new and better life.
Whatever matters most to you, then do it for that reason.
If you’ve hurt your loved ones, then think about how your heroin addiction is affecting them. And if you really love them and care about them at all, then you’re going to have to do this for them because you owe it to them, and it’s the right thing to do. And if we have children, then just remember that every time we spend money on dope, then we're stealing that money from our family. If you're working, then the money you earn is supposed to go towards supporting your family. But don’t worry, you’ll have your chance to make things right, if you get started now.
You owe them a better dad. You owe them a better mom. You owe it to your family. You owe it to yourself. And you owe it to society to become a drug-free, law abiding citizen. And a person who cares about their family, themselves and others, will try their best to quit heroin, stay clean, and turn their lives around.
I’m not saying that you’re going to succeed the first time, the second time, or even the third time around. But if you care about anyone at all, and even yourself to a slight degree, then you’ll do your best to quit this thing, once and for all, for their sakes and/or for your sake as well. And the more you focus on others, and doing what is right, then the more likely you are to succeed. And if you don’t have anyone in your life now, other than drug dealers and drug users, then get ready, because things are about to change and you will have people soon. But you have to quit this drug first and begin to change, before good things can begin to happen.
So ask yourself, what matters most to you and then do it for that reason. And if you have no one or nothing in your life then yes, do it for yourself, because it’s the right thing to do. Do it for yourself because quitting heroin and becoming a better person, is the best thing that you could ever do with your life. And do it for the good of all, in order to finally become a positive role model, a law abiding citizen, and a positive contribution to society. And by the time this is all over with, I promise you, you’re going to have a new and better life, no matter what; because anything is better than being a slave to heroin.
So no matter how you look at it, by the time it’s all over with, you’re going to have a much better life than what you have now. But you can’t have a better life until you get this drug out of your life for good. And the only way that you’re going to be able to start quitting and remain focused during the process is to think about the costs of doing heroin and remain focused on the rewards for quitting.
Plain and simple - If you keep doing heroin then eventually, your life is going to get worse, in one form or another. But if you quit heroin, stay clean, and turn your life around then eventually you’re going to have a new and better life, once and for all.

Quit heroin because it's the right thing to do:
So first and foremost, you’re going to do this because it’s the right thing to do. You’re going to do your best to quit heroin, stay clean, and turn your life around because it’s the right thing to do. And if you want to have a better life then you’re going to have to start doing right and stop doing wrong. And deep down inside, every single one of us knows what is right and what is wrong. And if we do what is right, then eventually we’ll be rewarded. But if we do what is wrong, then eventually we'll get cursed, and bad things will happen. It’s that simple.
"You can't do wrong and get by", LDA.
And if your life is fine now, then get ready, because it’s only a matter of time before things begin to go downhill, and eventually, you can lose it all. Everything might be fine with your wife or your husband, and your family as well, but if you keep on using heron then eventually, you can lose it all. And once you go down, then the whole family goes down. If the husband goes down, then sooner or later, the wife goes down, (unless of course, she’s a strong, decent, moral woman). But even so, once you go down, then there’s a good chance that the whole family will begin to fall part. And the end result is total destruction - the family is torn apart. And unfortunately, this type of thing happens every day.

And unfortunately, this type of thing happens every day.
But if you quit this drug, once and for all, then you’ll save your family, and yourself, from a life of misery. And eventually, you’ll be able to give them the life that they deserve. Then you’ll all be able to live a clean, decent, moral life. And then, you can begin to teach your kids to hate what is wrong and to love what is right.
This is your reward for quitting heroin, staying clean, and turning your life around. You’ll save the family from falling apart and be able to give them the best life possible. |
And if you already lost your family, then you can still quit heroin, stay clean, and turn your life around, and then do your best to make things right and restore relationships to as best as you can.
It might be just you and your girl, or your wife, or if you’re a woman, then it might be just you and your boyfriend, or your husband. But if you don’t quit now, then eventually, and most likely, you’ll lose your girl, you’ll lose your wife, you’ll lose your husband, and in time, you’ll lose it all. Women are much more forgiving and long suffering than men are. But they will only put up with so much for so long, and then eventually, get tired of it and move. Men however, are less forgiving and more judgmental when they come to find out their girl is hooked on dope.
No one wants to see someone throw their life away, and destroy their life in the process. Unless of course, you decide to put your foot down and prove yourself by quitting this drug once and for all. And the rewards for doing so will be that you just might manage to save your relationship, save your marriage, and have a new and better life. Anything is possible, once you get heroin out of your life for good. And if your parents are hurting, then think about what your heroin addiction is doing to them. Think about the sadness they’re going through knowing that their son or daughter is a drug addict. I guarantee you that your mother breaks down and cries when no one is watching. And even if your parents don’t know about your heroin habit at the moment, there’s a good chance that they know that something is wrong, and eventually they will find out. They will be hurt, and crushed. You can’t keep hiding your secrets for too long.
But the reward for quitting heroin is that you’ll make your parents proud of you for quitting drugs and changing your life as well. You’ll take away their sadness and their pain. And then after you’ve quit heroin and turned your life around, they’ll be able to live the rest of their lives in peace. Even if you’re single, and have no one around, your continual use of heroin will ensure that you'll never attract a good woman or a good man into your life, and then you’ll never have a family of your own.
Furthermore, if you keep using heroin then eventually, you may lose your job, end up homeless or in jail, and might even OD and die. It happens more often than you think, especially these days since the dope on the streets is stronger than ever. Nothing good can come from doing heroin if you continue to use.
The process of destruction is slow but sure. And sometimes, your world can be turned upside down within minutes. You can be high one day, and get thrown in jail the next. You can be with your kids one day, and then watch them get taken away by Child Protective Services. It happens all the time. And anything can happen when you’re messing around with heroin. But if you quit heroin, and stay clean for good, then you’ll save your life, you’ll save your relationships, you’ll save your marriage, you’ll save your family and your life will never be the same again!!

Do it for your girl! Do it for your wife! Do it for your boyfriend! Do it for your husband! Do it for your son! Do it for your daughter! Do it for your family! And yes, of course, do it for yourself! Quit this thing and turn your life around! |
What about the money?
Consider the financial costs of your heroin addiction. Think about all that money you’re wasting, burning, and flushing down the toilet. Because that’s what you might as well be doing when you're spending your money on dope.
You’re wasting anywhere from $20, to $100 or more per day, just to destroy your body and ruin your life in the process. That’s what you’re doing. You’re paying to ruin your life. You’re paying to be a slave to heroin. Instead of heroin helping you, it’s destroying your life and you’re paying heroin to do so. That’s crazy. Think about all that money you’ve wasted on this junk that’s there one minute and then gone the next. And now you have nothing to show for it. You’re paying your dealer to mess up your life. You’re paying him to continue to ruin your life and it’s just not worth it.
You could've been buying your girl something pretty every day. You could’ve bought your mom a new dress and taken her out to dinner every single week. You could've bought your kids new clothes with that money. And like I said before, if you got children, every time you spend money on dope, you’re stealing that money from your family, your kids, and your spouse. And if you don’t have anything now, then get ready. Because you’re about to create a whole new life for yourself starting from nothing.

But if you do have a means of getting money to get high, then have you ever thought about just how much money you’re wasting, burning and flushing down the toilet?
Because sooner or later, that’s where it’s all ends up - down the toilet. Your flushing hundreds and thousands of dollars down the toilet each and every month - non stop. Some of you could've been rich by now! And some of you could've been paid in full. But instead you've been flushing your money right down the toilet! For example: |
Let’s say you have a minimum heroin habit of $20 per day.
That’s $20 per day x 30 days = $600 per month
That's $600 per month!
With $600, you can lease or buy a nice, brand new family car, pay for insurance and for gas, easily.
That’s $20 per day x 30 days = $600 per month
That's $600 per month!
With $600, you can lease or buy a nice, brand new family car, pay for insurance and for gas, easily.
And you'll still have money left over to buy something nice for your kid, your girl, your guy and your mom. You could've been driving a nice ride by now, but instead, you're burning your money on heroin. You’re wasting your money on powdered junk or little pieces of ugly black tar poison that will continue to leave you broke and eventually send you straight to the poor house.
Now, what if you’re spending/wasting $40 a day on your heroin habit?
That’s $40 per day x 30 Days = $1200 per month
That's $1,200 per month!!
With that kind of money you can rent a nice 2 bedroom apartment or even a nice house.
You can fill it with nice furniture, white leather sofas, big 52 inch flat screen TV, whatever you want.
That’s $40 per day x 30 Days = $1200 per month

With that kind of money you can rent a nice 2 bedroom apartment or even a nice house.
You can fill it with nice furniture, white leather sofas, big 52 inch flat screen TV, whatever you want.
And you could've had all of that stuff by now and then some. But instead, you keep wasting your money on dope, weed, and cigs - killing yourself daily, slowly but surely. And somewhere in the process you're paying for some drug dealers' house and car. Top level dealers get to live a lavish life while you head straight for poverty. That aint right! And I'm not trying to make you feel bad. I'm just trying to get you to stop using heroin, and to start thinking about all the possibilities of how significantly your life could change with all that money if you hurry up and quit this drug, once and for all.
Now, what if you’re spending/burning $80 per day? (a bundle at wholesale)
That’s $80 per day x 30 days = $2400 per month
Plus weed and cigs - that's $2,500 per month or more.
With that kind of money you can drive a nice car, rent a nice house, pay the bills and everything else.
With that kind of money you could support your family and live a good, clean, decent life. So for a bundle a day, you can have a new and better life. Aint that something?

And I know people who do 3 to 4 bundles a day. That's almost $10,000 a month. That’s crazy. With that kind of money, you can buy all kinds of cars, houses, furniture, clothes, vacations, and all the rest of the necessities of life.
I'm not pushing materialism, but some of these things are important and necessary as well. You need a nice, clean, stable place to live where you don't have to worry about being evicted. You need a place to cook and prepare your meals without having to worry about where your next meal is going to come from.
You need a good stable job and a good steady income so that you won’t have to worry about money. You need a good reliable car so that you won’t have to worry about breaking down all time and spending all your money fixing it. And it’s always nice to have new shoes and new clothes as well. And if you already had that stuff and lost it all, then don't worry, you can still get it back.
I'm not pushing materialism, but some of these things are important and necessary as well. You need a nice, clean, stable place to live where you don't have to worry about being evicted. You need a place to cook and prepare your meals without having to worry about where your next meal is going to come from.

|
And regardless of what some people may think or say - money is important. Money changes everything! And without money you can’t do anything. You can’t pay your rent, you can’t pay your car payments, you can’t pay your bills, you can’t go to the doctors, you can’t go to the dentist, you can’t do anything.
And whether you realize it or not, most of your problems can and will be fixed with money. But you won’t have anything, and eventually lose everything, if you keep wasting your money on dope. |
Think of all that money you’ve wasted. That’s the costs of your heroin addiction. And you’ll continue to waste, burn and flush more money down the toilet if you continue to use heroin. But the financial rewards for quitting heroin, staying clean, and turning your life around are unlimited. Imaging what you can do with all that money.
You can get a new car, a new apartment, a new house, new furniture, new clothes for your kids, and new clothes for yourself. You can buy and eat healthy food, take vitamins and supplements, pay for your gym membership and have all the bills paid on time. You can take the family out to eat at nice restaurants, take family vacations, take a cruise on the Caribbean’s and so much more!!
You can go back to school and learn a trade, or start a new career. You can save enough money to start a new business or put more money into marketing your current business. You can invest your money as well. You can use that money to make more money in some form or another. And if you need to, then you can go to the dentist and pay them with cash. And this is not wishful thinking. All of this is possible. But it won’t happen by itself. You have to do your best to make it happen.
And you can do anything, once you get heroin out of your life. Therefore, focus on the rewards.

What about school?
If you're doing good in school now then great! Wonderful! But if you keep on using heroin then sooner or later you’ll start to go downhill. You’ll start needing and using more heroin just to get high. You’ll start to be tired all the time. You’ll find yourself nodding in class. You won’t want to do homework. You won't want to study. You’ll start to miss classes. Your grades may also start to suffer. And eventually, you’ll lose all motivation about school and become more and more dedicated to heroin.
You’ll keep lying to your parents for money. Or sooner or later, you’ll run out of money. And believe it or not, some college students end up turning to prostitution to support their habit. You may be fine now, doing your deeds in secret, but sooner or later, you’ll start to go down hill and possibly, fail some of your classes and have to quit college, or get kicked out. It happens all the time. And it can happen to you as well.

But if you quit heroin, stay clean, and turn your life around then you will earn your degree and make something out of yourself. You’ll graduate with flying colors and make your parents proud.
You can become anything you want to be, and even more. You’ll get your fair shot at having the good life. You’ll land yourself a good paying job and be able to have a new and better life. And who knows, maybe you can even study to become a certified drug counselor and help troubled teens turn their lives around as well. You can help make the world a better place to live. Because anything's possible when you quit heroin, stay clean and turn your life around.
So if you’re a teenager, or a young adult, then hurry up and quit this drug while you still have the chance. Consider coming clean to your parents and maybe, to your guidance counselor as well. You won’t get in trouble. They’re there to help. And if they send you to rehab then go, get clean and stay clean for good. And if your roommates get high, then get away from them and move into another dorm, another house, or another apartment. And then hurry up and quit this thing before you throw your life away.
You’re still young. You got your whole life ahead of you. Don't blow it on dope! Now is the time to quit heroin and become the best that you can be. And if you're not in school, then you might want to consider going back to school and doing something with your life. Become somebody, anybody. Because if you can manage to quit heroin, then I can assure you that you can accomplish anything in life. The sky’s the limit. Therefore, focus on the rewards.

What about your job?
Do you have a job now? If so, then there’s a good chance that sooner or later you can end up losing your job if you keep on using heroin. If you’re sick, then you might decide not to go to work in order to go borrow money or pawn something to get high, because you already wasted your paycheck on dope. Or, you might show up late for work because you had to get your fix. Or you might get sick at work, and lie to your boss to leave or just get up and go. Well sooner or later, there’s a good chance that it’s going to happen and they’re not going to put up with it for too long.
Your performance may begin to go down hill. You’ll become irresponsible and careless around others and it won’t go unnoticed. You can get caught nodding and messing up on the job. You can get caught stealing and get fired right there on the spot. Anything can happen when you're hooked on heroin.
You might be the star in the work place now, but sooner or later you might fall down like a shooting star. It’s easy to lose your job when you’re using heroin. And once you lose your job then everything else falls apart. You won’t be able to pay your rent, electric, bills, food, etc. And then whenever you’re able to scrape up enough money for rent, you’ll spend it all on dope. And believe it or not, eventually, you can end up homeless as well. It happens all the time. And it’s only a matter of time before you too can lose it all. Sooner or later, it can, and most likely, will happen, especially if you don’t take heed now.
But the rewards for quitting heroin, staying clean, and turning your life around can begin to open doors, even in the work place. Your personality will change. Your performance will sky rocket and it will be noticed. You’ll begin to show up on time, all the time. And you’ll begin to care more about your job and the people around you. You’ll begin to treat people better than before, and all of this will be noticed. And who knows, you might even get a raise or a promotion. And once you’re able to stay clean and save money, then you might even move on to find a new and better job or start your own business.

What about your reputation?
Your family, friends, and everyone watching may not know you’re using heroin but they might suspect you’re doing drugs. You may not think so, but there’s a good chance that more people are aware of your drug problem than what you might think. And that’s a horrible reputation to have. No one can trust you. And no one believes a word you say. People have to hide their valuables from you. And those that can will continue to stay away from you simply because they just don't trust you. And if you’re not in this position yet, then you may very well be there soon. But if you prove yourself by quitting this drug and turning your life around then not only will they trust you once again, but they’ll love, respect and admire you all the days of your life.
Imagine that. Instead of people distrusting and avoiding you, they’ll be inviting you to their house for dinner. They’ll want to be around you all the time just because you're a new, clean, honest person. And every time they see you they’ll say "there goes that fine young man, or that good young woman who quit drugs, stayed clean, and turned their life around."
I remember after I was clean for over a year, my new boss in my first stable job began to trust me with the keys for the shop. He let me take the company car home any time I needed it. He let me drive his own personal vehicles as well. He even co-signed for me when it came time to getting my first legitimate, new apartment. It was a whole new life for me. And that man actually knew about my previous drug addictions with heroin, crack, cocaine and weed. He even knew about my past criminal history as well. But he didn’t judge me based upon my past. Instead, he went by what I had become and what I was trying to do with my life.
I was trying to turn my life around and life showed me favor everywhere I went. Doors kept opening everywhere I went. And then soon after that, I bought my first house, started my first business, and then made some serious cash. And the same thing can happen to you! Doors will begin to open once you get heroin out of your life for good. You won’t have to lie, cheat or steal any longer. This is your chance to rebuild your reputation and create a whole new you. And your new identity will be that of a new, clean, honest man, or a new, clean, honest woman.

And what about your freedom?
The costs of buying, carrying and using heroin can eventually land you in jail. After you lose your job, and run out of people to get money from, then it’s quite possible that you can end up stealing or doing God knows what for money, and eventually get busted and go to jail. Dealers are being watched and followed all the time, and it's possible to get busted for buying and possession during a deal or a raid. You'll end up in jail and have no choice but to quit heroin cold turkey!
You might get out the next day or spend the weekend in jail. Or you may end up staying there for several months or more, especially if you’re already on probation. But that's one more for the record! And if they do let you out, then it won’t be over yet. You’ll have to pay legal costs, court costs, fines, restitution and come under limitations of freedom due to being on probation, again. And to make matters worse, the cops will know you by name and identify you as a drug addict.
But if you quit this thing now, then you wont have to worry about the cops or going to jail any more. You won’t have to pay court costs and legal fees any longer. You won’t have to worry about probation and you’ll be free to move wherever you wish. And if you currently have fines to pay then you can get a job, pay your fines and move on with your life. You can be free!
You won’t have to worry about the law any more. And the cops will know you as the guy or the girl who quit heroin and turned their life around. And sooner or later they’ll forget about you as new cops join the force. (Or you can always relocate and start fresh somewhere else.) This is your chance to become the person that you were meant to be – a new, clean, honest man, or a new, clean, honest woman.

And last but not least, what about your health?
The costs of your heroin addiction on your health are dreadful to say the least. If you’re not skin and bones yet, then eventually you just might get there. And if you’re over weight now then most likely you’re going to stay that way as your metabolism is not going to be able to burn that fat. But either way, if you keep on using heroin then eventually, you’ll wither away and die.
And you may be beautiful now, but eventually you’ll lose your beauty if you keep using heroin. It takes time, but sooner or later, it will happen. You’ll lose your beauty and your health. And eventually, your heroin addiction will strip you of your vocal cords and have you talking like an old man coughing up flem as if you were smoking 10 packs of cigarettes a day, without filters.
But wait, there’s more. When using heroin, your whole body becomes constipated. And all of that toxic waste and bacteria builds up and stays trapped within your intestines and becomes a perfect breeding ground for parasites. And slowly but surely, that toxic waste will rot through your intestines and make its way to the rest of your body. So essentially, you’re rotting away from the inside out - slowly, but surely.
And if you’re shooting heroin, then sooner or later your veins will may collapse, as if they were hiding from you and your needles. Then you’ll start shooting anywhere you can, over and over again which can eventually produce an abscess. And the only way to get rid of an abscess is to surgically cut a huge gash in it and let all that puss drain out. It’s nasty and painful. And I would hate to see you go through that.
Then there’s HIV/AIDS and hepatitis. Sharing a needle just 1 time with the wrong person can bring about death as it did to a dope friend of mine many years ago. You can also contract HIV/AIDS by having sex with another heroin addict who has HIV/AIDS. You never know for sure who has HIV or not. Heroin addicts get HIV/AIDS more often than you think. And yes, believe it or not, it can happen to you too. And if AIDS doesn’t get you then an over dose might.
People over dose and die more often than told. And if you don’t think that it could ever happen to you then think again. You may have come close a few times already, but the next time can mean death. And once you’re dead - you’re dead. That’s it. Your life is over. You're done! But as of right now, whether you realize it or not, your heroin addiction is killing you, slowly but surely. You’re rotting away from the inside out. Your health is deteriorating and in time it will show. The heroin addiction lifestyle is a dirty and nasty lifestyle and nothing good can come from it. And if it doesn't stop, then eventually, you'll wither away and die.
And if you’re pregnant, then not only are you destroying your life, but you’re also destroying your baby’s life as well. You’re turning your baby into a heroin addict and he or she hasn’t even done anything yet to deserve such a miserable life.
But if you quit heroin, stay clean, and turn your life around, then you’ll save your baby and your life as well. You’ll save two lives for the price of one. If you quit this drug and change then you can begin to rebuild your health and live your life like never before. Therefore, focus on the rewards.

Then take action! Quit this drug and change your life!
Burn your bridges! Get rid of your drug kit, your spoons, your needles, your cotton balls, your tie belt, your straws, your foil strips, everything. Delete all of your dealers and drug friends’ phones numbers and change your cell phone number right away before your dealer starts looking for you.
Now go! Go walk around your house; walk around your apartment. Go take a walk outside and start thinking about what you’re going to do next. Start thinking about the costs of your heroin addiction verses the rewards for quitting heroin and turning your life around. Think about how you’re going to quit and then do it!
Start planning and start quitting. But don’t waste any more time. You're not getting any younger and the world is passing you by. And the longer you take to quit this drug then the harder it gets to quit, and eventually, things will become worse.
If you're going to quit cold turkey with OTC meds then do it! Read my article on quitting heroin cold turkey and then do it!
If you're going to quit warm turkey with lesser evil pharmaceuticals then do it! Get the meds and then do it!
If you're going to quit with Suboxone then do it! Take that first sub and then do it!
If you're going to quit heroin with Kratom then do it! Get the kratom and do it!
And if you're going to quit in rehab then do it! Find the best drug rehabilitation center, or any detox facilities, and then do it! Go to rehab! Go to detox and get clean!

You get yourself to quit heroin by realizing that if you don’t quit now, then sooner or later you can easily lose it all, and as a result you'll be destroyed and your life will be over. And you get yourself to quit heroin by realizing that if you make the right choice now, then not only will you begin to have a new and better life, but you’ll be able to live your life like never before, and your life will never be the same again. It won’t be easy, but it can be done! Therefore, focus on the rewards.
Our lives don’t just happen. Our lives are formed and unfold before us based upon the decisions we make day by day. And what you do now will determine how the rest of your life turns out. Therefore, make the right choice now and your life will change forever!!
So my question to you is, who will you choose?
Heroin? or Life?
I choose Life!!
Now repeat after me.
I will quit heroin, stay clean and turn my life around.
Again.
I will quit heroin, stay clean and turn my life around!
One more time!
I will quit heroin, stay clean and turn my life around!!
Sincerely,
Jorge (George) Fernandez
