Choices is a nonprofit residential and outpatient treatment program, formed to assist the individual and the family to identify, assess and implement their own responsibility for recovery from drug and / or alcohol dependency. Choices offers comprehensive care according to the needs of each participant. All clients must submit to random drug-screen urinalysis testing. If in-patient (residential), clients agree to attend 12-Step meetings on a nightly basis. In addition, all clients attend 3 group counseling sessions per week. Outpatient clients utilize a phone participation socialization network that requires they call five different members of their counseling group on a daily basis. We provide a policy of open communication to emphasize positive direction during our 6-month on and off-site support procedures, which are devised according to medical, court, psychological, social service data and histories for each client. We integrate family communication, enhanced peer oriented support and certified addiction counseling. Our highly structured 4-phase program and an extensive preparative period of aftercare is proving to be one of the most effective appropriate treatment programs currently available to anyone who desires a rewarding life. Counseling is one-on-one and available on an "as needed" basis. Stress reduction, job search, financial planning, relationship and codependency issues are addressed, incorporating the services of qualified medical assessments to provide the most comprehensive, informative and inspirational treatment program at the lowest possible cost to the client.
